Direct and coordinate staff to implement
Town Council policies and decisions with the
highest level of professionalism and customer service.

The Town Manager's Department directs and coordinates Town staff to provide effective, efficient, and equitable implementation of Council policies and programs, while delivering the highest level of customer service; and provides representation of Town Council policies to citizens, other governmental agencies/jurisdictions, and other entity to the accomplishment of directives established by the Town Council.
