Municipal Court

Uphold the law and administer justice fairly and efficiently, treating all who come to the court with dignity and respect. 


On Saturday, March 3, 2018 between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. all of Tucson's
area courts will join together at 240 N. STONE AVENUE to help individuals
resolve their outstanding warrant(s) and/or pending traffic or criminal case(s).

The Joint Saturday Warrant Resolution Court event will provide an opportunity
for the public to take care of pending matters during nontraditional court hours.

The Court is established by Arizona law to hear violations of the Town Code as well as all misdemeanor and traffic violations of the State committed within the Town limits.  The Court issues Protective Orders, Injunctions Against Harassment and Injunctions Against Workplace Harassment. 

The Court also provides additional services to our community.  Marriage Licenses and limited notary services are a few that are provided.  NEW passport applications are also accepted for processing on Mondays only.  Please contact the court for further information, if you wish to utilize any of these services. 

Monday – Friday                         8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.      Payment Window open until 4:30 p.m.  
Passport Agent Available-         Mondays only: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Courthouse is closed on weekends and legal holidays.  

The court does not accept request for extensions, motions or continuances over the phone.  You must submit your request to the court at least two business days prior to your due date or appearance
