Obtaining a copy of a Police Report
Most police reports are typically available (7) business days after they have been reported. Copies may be obtained from the Records Bureau at the Sahuarita Police Department. Cases assigned for additional investigation will not be available within 7 business days.
Reports are .25 cents per page. If you would like to know the exact cost of your report, please call the Records Bureau. We accept cash (exact change) or debit/credit cards.
If you have been issued Victim Rights, you may receive one free copy of your report.

Vacation Home Check
Please fill out and submit both of the forms below to request a home check and cancellation. You may email your requests to email@example.com. You may also fax your request to (520) 344-7050, or come by the Sahuarita Police Department and submit your requests at the Records Bureau window.
Fingerprinting Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Fingerprint service fee:
- $3 for Sahuarita Residents
- $5 for Non-Residents
You will be asked to verify your residency. The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash (exact change), debit or credit cards.
Please have a government-issued ID for identity verification, a fingerprint card, an envelope (prints must be sealed), and any associated/required paperwork, forms, applications and money orders or checks.
