Events on Town Property

What you need to know

  • Apply a minimum of 60 days in advance; complicated events should be submitted earlier
  • Provide accurate information with enough detail to describe event components
  • The event application will be reviewed by multiple Town departments which will advise on conditions of use and other fees
  • Expect to receive a tentative decision 14 days after required paperwork and payment(s) are received
