[ARCHIVED] Request for Qualifications - Contract Prosecutor

The Town of Sahuarita is seeking offers from qualified firms or individuals for the provision of part-time, contract Prosecuting Attorney Services.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 P.M. local time on Friday, July 7, 2014, either (1) by mailing to Jessica D. Silva, Deputy Town Attorney, Town of Sahuarita, 375 W. Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona 85629, or (2) by emailing a scanned copy of the proposal documents to jsilva@sahuaritaaz.gov.

All prospective bidders shall be responsible for obtaining addenda and other bid related information. This information is available HERE, Department of Law News Flash. The Town will not be responsible for the failure of a prospective bidder to obtain addenda and other information related to this RFQ.

The successful candidate will be paid up to $3,500 per month, for up to 11 months, and will be expected to spend a minimum of two days each week, Tuesday and Thursday, in Sahuarita Municipal Court or in the Town Prosecutor’s Office at Town Hall. The Town will provide office space, a computer and other office equipment. This position is supported by a full-time legal assistant, and the Deputy Town Attorney will also be available to train and assist as necessary. Each Offeror should explain the number of days and hours that can be spent on prosecuting attorney duties.
