Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing 1
Date: February 2, 2026
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 W Sahuarita Center Way
What will Happen: Staff and consultants will present on the General Plan Update. The Commission will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. A public hearing will allow members of the public to speak. No action will be taken at this meeting.

Time: 6:15 pm
Location: La Villita Community Center, 71 W Sahuarita Road
What will Happen: Staff and consultants will present on the General Plan Update; the presentation will be identical to the February 2 meeting. The Commission will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. A public hearing will allow members of the public to speak. The Commission will vote, making a recommendation to the Town Council at this meeting.
Town Council Study Session
Date: February 9, 2026
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 W Sahuarita Center Way
What will Happen: Staff and consultants will present on the General Plan Update. The Town Council will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. This presentation is educational only – there is no public comment portion tonight, and the Town Council will not act or make any decisions on this topic.
Town Council Public Hearing

Time: 6:00 pm
Location: Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 W Sahuarita Center Way
What will Happen: Staff and consultants will present on the General Plan Update. The Town Council will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. A public hearing will allow members of the public to speak. The Town Council will vote on the General Plan at this meeting.
Once the Town Council has adopted the General Plan, the next step will be voter ratification. Voters can expect to see the General Plan on the July 2026 primary election ballot.
