On Thursday, Nov. 13, Congressman Juan Ciscomani hosted a Veteran Servant Leader Award event recognizing our very own Councilmember Edgar Lytle, whose service reflects the time-honored values of the Armed Forces—duty, service, and a commitment to a cause greater than self.
Councilmember Lytle was nominated for his continued dedication to serving both our country and our community. His leadership, mentorship, and ongoing acts of service demonstrate how veterans strengthen the places we call home long after their military service has ended.
The awards program took place at La Paloma Country Club, where attendees gathered to celebrate the honorees and share their stories of service.
