How can I find out if I have an active warrant?

You may call our Sahuarita Municipal Court at 344-7150 and ask whether a warrant is active under your name. If you want to know whether you have an active warrant issued by another court, such as a county area justice court or Tucson, Marana, or Oro Valley court, you will have to contact those courts respectively. You may also go to which is a public access site for the AZ Supreme Court. This site may also have warrant information on individuals.  Our Sahuarita Municipal Court reports our warrants to this site regularly, however, it is possible there could be a delay for a warrant to appear on the public site. There are times that warrants may not be public (sealed) and will not be listed on the website.
