Free Senior & Adaptive Fitness Program Offered Thursdays

The Town of Sahuarita Parks & Recreation Department is proud to offer Stronger Together: Senior & Adaptive Fitness, a free, low-impact strength and fitness class designed to support individuals of all abilities in building muscle, improving endurance, and enhancing overall health.

This inclusive program is specifically designed for impaired and disabled individuals, while remaining welcoming and accessible to participants of all disabilities, impairments, and fitness levels. Classes focus on exercises that target all major muscle groups, with modifications provided as needed to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering experience for every participant.

Stronger Together will be offered in monthly sessions from November through February, meeting Thursdays from 8:15 to 9:00 a.m. at the La Villita Community Center.
