The Town of Sahuarita will host its annual One Stop Recycle Drop event on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, offering residents a convenient way to recycle a wide variety of household materials in one trip. The event will take place at Town Hall from 9AM-1PM.

Several community partners will be on-site to accept materials:

• Pima County – Grease Collection: household grease and used cooking oil

• Sahuarita Food Bank: non-perishable food donations and cardboard

• Scouts: real Christmas trees (clean and undecorated)

• ACE – Electronics & Metals Recycling:

  • All electronics and computers

  • Home appliances (big and small)

  • Metal car parts and car batteries

  • All types of metals

  • Christmas lights

  • TVs, including old tube/box televisions (a $15 fee applies per tube/box TV)

• Waste Connections: on-site dumpster for eligible bulk items

Residents are encouraged to pre-sort items, remove decorations from Christmas trees, and follow on-site directions to help keep traffic flowing smoothly through the event area. Some restrictions and item limits may apply please contact works@sahuaritaaz.gov or call 520-344-7100 for more information.
