The 2026 Annual Sponsorship Program offers businesses and organizations unique opportunities to connect with and support the community. Each month, thousands of residents and visitors participate in Sahuarita events and programs, providing sponsors with significant visibility and engagement opportunities.
Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
- Signature Sponsor ($10,000; Early Bird: $9,000) – Select 8 benefits, including premium options like social media videos and banners on sports fields.
- Contributing Sponsor ($5,000; Early Bird: $4,500) – Select 4 benefits, with additional choices such as social media posts and event radio spotlights.
- Supporting Sponsor ($2,000; Early Bird: $1,800) – Select 2 benefits, including options like social media stories and premier vendor locations.
All sponsors receive additional perks such as waived annual Parks Use Permit fees, VIP event parking, recognition on the Parks & Recreation website, and more.
Sponsored 2026 Events
Sponsors will have the opportunity to be part of key signature events:
- Fiesta Sahuarita | April 18: A celebration of the rich culture of Southern Arizona with food, music, and children's activities.
- Camp Sahuarita | June 2 – August 1: A youth summer camp program engaging local kids in activities in Sahuarita and South Tucson.
- Stars & Stripes | July 4: A festive gathering honoring Independence Day and featuring water play, music, and fireworks.
- Winterfest | December 13: An annual seasonal celebration complete with hot cocoa, local shopping, light displays, and a drone show.
