    This webpage is for submitting arguments both "for" and "against" the Town of Sahuarita ballot referrals that will be included on the July 21, 2026, Primary and Special Election ballot. The arguments submitted will be included in the Town's Publicity Pamphlet, which will be sent to every household in Sahuarita with a registered voter in June 2026.

  5. Payment

    The $250 ballot argument fee may be made in person at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 375 W Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona, Monday -Thursday, between 7 AM and 6 PM.  Fees may be paid with cash, check, money order, or credit card.

    Online credit card payments will be accepted via our secure payment portal.
