The Town of Sahuarita Building Safety Division works to safeguard public health and safety through the plan check, permit, and inspection processes. To ensure that the minimum safety requirements and standards are met, most construction activities, including alterations, replacements, and repair work require permits and inspections. The following minor installations, repairs, or replacements may be exempt from obtaining building permits. Please note that certain projects may require a Zoning Clearance even if a building permit is not required.
