Report Fraud & Ethics Violations
The Town of Sahuarita is taking a proactive stance against fraud and ethics violations in Town government. The Fraud and Ethics Violations Reporting System is a method for citizens, vendors, or employees to confidentially report fraud directly to a third party site.
This reporting system is intended to be used to report fraud and ethical violations committed by or against the Town of Sahuarita, its employees and/or vendors. Other types of fraud or ethical concerns may be directed to the Arizona Attorney General. Below is a sample list of fraud or ethical concerns that could be reported.
Why should I use the Fraud and Ethics Violations Reporting System?
Integrity matters. Being honest and trustworthy in our dealings with each other and with citizens makes Sahuarita a better place to work and live. Every dollar lost to fraud is a dollar that could have, and should have, been used to provide services to citizens.

This system is not for reporting crimes or emergencies. Please contact the Sahuarita Police Department to report a crime or call 911 in case of emergency.
Who manages the Fraud and Ethics Violations Reporting System?
The Town has contracted with an independent company, Lighthouse Services, to operate the system.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. You do not have to give your name and Lighthouse Services does not provide us with any other identifying information.
How does the Town learn about my complaint?
Lighthouse Services sends a report to a committee which will review each report submitted, to determine the most appropriate course of action.

Notice to Town Employees:
Employees have reporting options and obligations under the Town Personnel Policy Manual Chapter 14—Greivance Procedure and in the case of Police Department employees, General Order C-3, Rule 26 (Duty to Report). Existing policies provide absolute protection against retaliation for employees who make complaints or reports in good faith.
