Accela Citizen Access provides a convenient way to submit certain Planning & Zoning applications and to search for applications. Most Planning & Zoning application types can be submitted online. If you do not see your application type available for online, submittal, contact staff for assistance.
To submit an application online, you will need to create a new user account on Accela Citizen Access.
