In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Sahuarita Town Council on Monday, October 28, 2024, at or after 6:00 PM, in the Sahuarita Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 W Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona, the Council intends to consider amending the Townwide Fee Schedule (Sahuarita Town Code, Chapter 3.10). This item will appear on the action portion of the meeting agenda to allow an opportunity for public comment.
A report and schedule of the proposed fee amendments were posted on the Town’s website on July 9, 2024, and are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town’s website: Proposed Fee Amendments. Effective fee implementation dates were added 9/25/2024: Proposed Fee Amendments with Effective Dates.
