Shane DilleShane Dille was hired as the Sahuarita Town Manager on January 28, 2022. He serves as the chief administrative officer for the Town of Sahuarita. 

The town manager provides executive leadership and supervision to division and department directors. He also leads the executive team comprised of appointed town officials and division and department directors. The town manager and staff also represent the organization on local and regional advisory bodies.  

Dille served for six years, as the deputy city manager for Flagstaff. He also served from May 2010 to February 2016 as the city manager for Nogales.

Dille has over 21 years of city management experience in Arizona, 13 of which serving various communities in the capacity of city manager, with the balance of years serving communities as either assistant or deputy city manager.

Dille is an active member of the International City Management’s Association (ICMA) since 1998 and has maintained his ICMA Credentialed Manager status since 2009. He is also a member of the Arizona/City County Management Association (ACMA). Dille is passionate about public service and believes that no other level of governance impacts the people we serve more directly than at the local level. Dille is also a strong advocate for transparent, high-performing local governance.

Dille is a Certified Senior Executive in State and Local Government through the Harvard Kennedy School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management & Management Information Systems degree and a Master of Public Administration degree, both from Brigham Young University. Dille is certified in Public Policy and Management through the University of Arizona.

Dille is married to his wife, Camille, and has six children.
